The article covers some basic literature and music classifications of S.P.Scher, P.Friedrich, W.Wolf. The following conclusions were made: 1) The classification of P. Friedrich is more useful for the analysis of speech musicality; it emphasizes the possibilities of speech dynamics interpretation. 2) The fundamental aspects of literature and music interaction presented in S. P. Scher’s classification, widen the traditional concept of literary text musicality from the perspective of music forms and technics analogues. 3) The classification of W. Wolf emphasizes aspects of analysis of modern temporal arts as semiotic systems based on which interaction of classical arts as well as possibilities of transformation of modern media are analyzed.
