Šiame darbe kalbama apie moralę kaip socialinį institutą, reguliuojantį žmonių elgesį visose gyvenimo srityse, atskleidžiama, kas sudaro šį sudėtingą visuomenės darinį, kaip suprantama moralės norma. Toliau, akcentuojama laisvės sąvoka: kaip laisvę supranta žmogus; kaip žmogus turėtų elgtis, kad jo poelgiai būtų pripažinti teisingais; kaip kiekvienas individas gali dalyvauti priimant sprendimus (svarbiausia – visų diskusija su visais), kurie bus naudingi ne tik visai valstybei, bet visų pirma jam pačiam.
This work speaks about the morality as the social institution, which regulates the human behaviour in all the life fields, reveals the difference between the morality and the law. Next, the conception of freedom is being keystoned: how a man understands freedom; in which way a man has to behave in order his acts were considered as fair; how each person could participate in decision-making (the most important aspect – the discussion among all participators).
