Communication between citizens and authorities in Lithuania

Abstract

Increasing attention to public relations on behalf of the Government, its institutions, administration of municipalities, and representative power - the Seimas and councils of municipalities - can be rather easily noticed in Lithuania. The processes discussed are influenced by administrative abilities and maturity of community's political culture.
