A popular way of the analysis of changes in management decision making is building a linear programming model in an Excel worksheet, computing an optimal solution using Solver and conducting comprehensive sensitivity analysis. But very useful is combining the Sensitivity Report produced by Solver with graphical technique for solution simultaneously. Proposals how to use these techniques simultaneously in an enterprise for analysis of changes in the objective function, changing right – hand side values of constraints, analyzing shadow prices, generating optimal value functions for objective function coefficients and constraints. Sensitivity report specifies the range of objective function coefficient values for each coefficient in the decision model are presented in the paper. This range extends from the value in the “Objective Coefficient” column minus the value in the “Allowable Decrease” column, to the “Objective Coefficient” value plus the value in the “Allowable Increase” column. These ranges hold under the assumption that only one of the coefficient values changes at a time.
