Straipsnyje analizuojama naujų darbuotojų socializacijos proceso organizacijoje samprata, veiksniai, atskiri socializacijos proceso etapai: išankstinė socializacija (priėmimas į darbą), adaptacija, integracija. Pagrindžiama šio proceso svarba ir nauda tiek organizacijai, tiek darbuotojui. Tiriamojoje dalyje analizuojami naujų darbuotojų socializacijos proceso ypatumai trijose Vilniaus m. ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Remiantis atlikto tyrimo rezultatais, pateikiamos socializacijos proceso organizavimo rekomendacijos.
The concept of the process of employee socialization, factors involved and separate stages of this process, Employment, adaptation and integration are analyzed in the article. The importance of this process is justified for both the organization and the employee. Most Lithuanian researchers approach analysis of socialization of new employees by analyzing separate stages of this process, while an approach encompassing professional skills, knowledge and transmission of the organization's cultural values as well as prospects for self-development have been little explored. It should be noted that due to differing theoretical approaches to the process of socialization of employees, the importance of separate stages of socialization has differing assessments in practice. Studies being conducted by authors of the article allow stating that a large portion of organization managers, be it over a lack of competence or in view of other springs of action, attach most importance to professional training of employees, i.e. of ten time forgetting the spiritual origin of the process of socialization, therefore psychosocial adaptation sort of falls out of view.
