Ukraine and China Strategic Partnership in Terms of the Present Global Challenges

Abstract

Strategic partnership between Ukraine and the People’s Republic of China can become a factor in achieving geo-economic strategies in the face of global challenges facing both countries. One of the challenges is the criterion of innovation and technological leadership. In this period, the legal basis has been formed and the beginning of the practical implementation of the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the People’s Republic of China. The threats to Ukraine of the raw material nature of its export to China are determined and the disproportionality (commodity, investment and technological) in the economic relations with the People’s Republic of China are threatening for Ukraine. Strategic partnership between Ukraine and the People’s Republic of China in the scientific, technical, educational, informational, energy and environmental spheres will promote the modernization of the economies of both countries in the context of global challenges.
