Abstract (en)
The article deals with globalization of economics and increasing complexity of financial system in functioning small districts - offshore islands. Small districts should be involved into global economy. The article analyses network of banking centres in offshore zones, their financial services and joining offshore zones into global economy through three dimensions: locality, regulation and functions.
