Abstract
The article concerns with the powers of the constitutional courts regarding realisation of constitutional control of changes to the Basic Law realization of which reveals a duaiistic nature o f their decisions. The author asserts that powers of bodies of constitutional control are not unlimited, they may not compete with generally recognised principles and norms of international law or with values, established by the constitution itself.
