Abstract

In this article the peculiarities of theory and practice of management development during the last decade under the influence of internationalization of economic processes have been reviewed. The article identifies that due to the globalisation of management development and severe competition processes the survival of the organisation is thoroughly conditioned by the right management decision making on when to participate in the process of changes and how to implement reforms. All the more as most specialists have acknowledged it isn't quite clear to date how «the world» of the manager could change in the near future. In this article the essential elements of the environment creating the contemporary model of «the world» of the manager of an organisation are presented together with the characterisation of the elements suggested.
