Abstract (en)
The present work deals with some legal regulation problems of criminal acts in computer systems. The using of computers and spreading of computer technologies m almost all areas of life has created a lot of legal problems. One of the main problems is a new kind of acts, not yet regulated by criminal law in some states. The legal problems of computer-related crimes in computer system are discussed in this article. The legal situation related to criminal acts ID computer systems in Lithuania is discussed too.
