i.e. to determine the harmony and balance of necessity and reality. The second interview was used disclose the positive and negative experience of each LOC manager in respective areas of activity focusing on three criteria: knowledge, emotions and behaviour. There were three EuroBasket2011 management phases: build-up in 2005-2008, intensive in 2009-2010 and implementation stage in 2011.
