Innovative language learning methods in the context of modern education

Abstract

In the modern world the successful language teaching (learning) allows feeling a fully-fledged member of the society, participating in cultural and social life, and gives a possibility of consolidating in the labour market. Therefore, language learning should be a continuous process typical for various age groups. In the century of fast-changing information, relevant content of teaching material and the alteration of attitude towards teaching (learning) itself could presumably be useful for language learning. The historical context of language teaching (learning) methods in the context of contemporary educational concept is analysed in the article.
