There is a new approach in this article about the organization and activity problems of the Advanced Courses (1920-1922). Advance COurses was a forerunner of the creation of the VYtautas Magnus University. The article deals with the position of the Lithuanian government and publuc institutions in establishing the studies and extending its activities.
