subornation, abuse of office and etc. Legal regulation of the acts of corruption is not perfect and it causes many difficulties dealing with this phenomenon. While estimating the bribery crime the author’s present’s original point of view about certain shortcomings of the norms of Criminal Code, formulate useful recommendations of correcting them. The problems raised and tackled in the research certain shortcomings, as well as advantages and disadvantages of criminal laws have been observed. The research in some aspects is able to give clarity to the prosecution and courts in investigating cases of corruption-related offences.
