Modern computer modelling methods and tools became practical for health development research in broad and systematic way. New environment has been emerged in last decade giving the opportunity include worldwide experts in consulting and modelling activity. Health system in the globalized world became more complex and interdependent, and this challenge requires adequate means for the understanding of health system development and possible control. Despite evident advantage in creating and exploiting health system models (forecasting, strategic analysis and planning, resources evaluation) there are serious organizational and psychological obstacles for implementing health system modelling in reality. One of solution reducing modelling expenses could be networked virtual teams responsible for creating structural parts of the models.
