We all know, that everything is changing every day, every minute, sometimes - every second, so it is very hard not to miss ability to modify Your life and Your especially knowledge. During last 30 years communication between people has changed heavily. A lot of new technologies were found in our lives without Your observation, empowered us not only to communicate faster and better, but also to create new business branches, Internet shops ad so on. Every day millions of digital messages and documents are sent through the global network or telecommunication systems. Everyone from child to grandfather is using fax, mobile phones, e-mails or Internet, so why they want to be sure that if some disputes regarding his interest violation start, he would be able to defend himself using electronic documents, which were made keeping in touch with other parties. Unfortunately the litigation of these processes is not so fast as it should be. Computers have introduced a new form of evidence. The new ways of collecting evidence are very different that the rules. Unfortunately, many countries do not have any litigation regarding usage of electronic evidences in civil cases. They say, that there are a lot of problems: • problems of identification; • is document original; • is document just a copy; • and so on. Electronic evidence in Lithuania courts would be able if they were delivered in printed form and were treated as written. It looks strange, that lawyers of Lithuania are trying to make their laws without looking to other countries experience and that they are doing it very slow, because computerization process is very fast.
