The aim of this paper is to analyze the organization's management system. Given bureaucratic – traditional and economic management organizations major differences. Examined small and medium business companies’ successful practice’ organizational systems in Lithuania. Also there are presented their management principles and identified companies that are successfully working, by applying methods of economic management. In the paper are analyzed theoretical aspects of the organization's value creation, the relationship between the current value of the university, its future growth and risks. Analyzed Mykolas Romeris University employees performance evaluation and promotion system, which is oriented to market consumer needs. Examined system conflicts and uncertainties. It is suggested to apply methods of business organizations economic management for Mykolas Romeris University management. As a result of applying business-management techniques, there will be no employees and structural units, which are not liable for anything, none of which work activities are assessed and which do not contribute to the University value creation. Gradually, after the adoption of promising new educational programs, management of University faculties will be decentralized. Transfer program managers needed finance from centralized capital fund of the University approved programs and provide the necessary powers for their independent activity.
