Развитие компетенции будущих социальных работников для работы в общине во время прохождения учебной практики

Abstract

The growing need for the communities and sociality is disclosed by the growing attention paid to them: the political level both of the European Union and its every member points out the development of communities and the necessity to approach social services to local communities. It is necessary to not that though in the above-mentioned levels the similar tendencies are observed; however, when solving problems in particular places, the diversified enough decisions are necessary by considering the specific context of the community. This is related to the particularity of the work of a social worker as well as the matters of his / her training at higher education institution. Aim of article referring to the systemic approach, to disclose the development of the competence of social workers to act in the community during the practice of the university studies.
