Effective management is an essential part of nature conservation process, which helps to save rapidly disappearing natural values. For this reason, it is very important to have an effective management system in every organisation responsible for this function. The paper consists of two parts. In the first part the concept of protected areas administrations as a network organisation is presented. The main features and functions of such type organisation is distinguished. In the second part the possibility to use visualisation of multidimensional data for the organisation‘s improvement is discussed. New formed approach to protected areas administrations network and its strengthening ways by using modern information technologies is indicated. The purpose of the research is to present administrations of protected areas as a network organisation and possibilities to strengthen this network by using artificial neural networks. The research methods are scientific literature analysis and comparative analysis. The results obtained by this model will allow to compare protected areas administrations with each other, observe their grouping tendencies (clusters), evaluate separate indicators proximity and make decisions in more rational way.
