2004 Lithuania became full-fledged member of European Union and started new important stage of state development. Increase of competitive ability directly depends on ability to use measures of internet for reception of necessary information and to contact in Lithuanian and abroad. Development of information society is one of three Lithuanian priorities, firmed in Stage strategy of permanent development. Such priority fits tasks of European Union. Considering procedures of globalization, European Society plans to create competitive, based on knowledge, economy in Europe. This main task is fixed in Lisbon strategy initiated of European Council in 2000. Modern countries polarize its activity to actions, joined opportunities of information and communication technologies with perspective solutions of state governance. Tasks of Lithuanian information society development are coordinated with Lisbon strategy and demands and rules of "eEurope - information society for everyone" initiative. The purpose is to develop Euro integration procedures, to increase effectiveness of catering administrative sector, to create beneficial conditions for development of public services. Objective of electronic government - qualitative and effectively praduce for society, business subjecls and institutions the public services and information. Information society development processes are directly connected activities of national institutions. For realization of state government programming documents, such institutions accomplish different measurcs for modernization of public administration by implanting of information technologies. The research presenIs the analysis of main important sitcs of Lithuanian stale institutions for purpose to establish, how on these sites legal and other information connected with Euro integration are presented for businessmen and others physical persous.
