Nedarbo socialinio draudimo išmokų bei socialinės paramos gavėjų finansinės elgsenos vertinimas: Lietuvos atvejis

Magistro baigiamajame darbe išnagrinėti ir įvertinti socialinių išmokų gavėjų elgsenai įtaką darantys veiksniai, lemiantys sprendimo gyventi iš valstybės lėšų priėmimą, aptartos esminės problemos ir pateikti galimi sprendimai šių žmonių elgsenai gerinti. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje atskleidžiamas individų finansinės elgsenos, kaip reiškinio, komplikuotumas; pateikiamas šiam darbui tinkantis individų finansinės elgsenos apibrėžimas, kuriuo yra vadovaujamasi, nagrinėjant socialinių išmokų gavėjų elgseną; suskirsčius išmokų gavėjus į grupes pagal pasirinktus požymius, aptariami jų elgsenai įtaką darantys veiksniai. Darant išvadą, jog pasigendama metodologiškai pagrįstų modelių, kuriais būtų galima remtis, vertinant socialinių išmokų gavėjų elgseną, antrojoje dalyje suformuojamas elgsenos vertinimo modelis. Trečiojoje dalyje aptariami tyrimų rezultatai ir esminės problemos, kurioms spręsti ketvirtojoje dalyje pateikiami galimi sprendimai.
In the Master Thesis the basic factors that influence the emergence of irrational financial behavior of recipients of social benefits were analyzed and assessed, the main problems were discussed and possible solutions for improvement of financial behavior of recipients of social benefits were suggested. In the first part of the Thesis the complexity of financial behavior phenomenon is being revealed; the definition of the financial behavior is being presented which is being used when examining behavior of recipients of social benefits; after sorting recipients of social benefits by selected symptoms, the basic factors that influence financial behavior are being discussed. After concluding that there are not enough methodologically based models which could be used for assessment of financial behavior of beneficiaries, in the second part of the Thesis the possible model is being offered. In the third part the results of the surveys are being discussed and the main problems are being revealed which in the fourth part are being used for justifying solutions.
