An empirical study was performed to establishcthe relationship between emotional intelligence and conflict. Managers, employees and students of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics were selected as respondents. The analysis of the results showed the influence of emotional intelligence on their conflict, revealed direct and inverse relationships between these phenomena.
