The master‘s final work has an interdisciplinary character that is composition of science – law: criminology and criminal law, sociology and psychology. The master‘s final work consists of introduction, three chapters, subsections, conclusions, which are formulated on the ground of investigation, offers and recommendations, Lithuanian and English summary. The literary listing is put down at the end of work. One of the typical individual’s features – desire to get to know and to see the complicated world. An imagination and flights reach for the farthest skylines. And the different wishes, urges arise up like some powerful engines, which gradually refill of powerful energy of desires and fancies. Everybody of us chooses the different way of implement of those desires and fancies. But the statistical facts suggest that the way of implement of those desires often is criminal. On purpose to understand why people choose the criminal way of implement of their desires, what the main motives are to do so, we need to disclose and to analyse the structure of criminal behaviour – the completeness and reaction of the objective and subjective factors, which directly motivate to commit a crime. The individual’s feelings, emotions, ideas, the circumstances of situation, smaller and major events, the consideration of a lot of possible variants of behaviour ant the foresight of the results – there are elements, which have hold on the all criminal behaviour. These elements more or less have influence on the criminal behaviour and on the direction of events. So the study and analysis of these elements help us further to understand the intimate world of individual, to forecast his presumptive behaviour.
