Magistro baigiamajame darbe atskleidžiama savarankiškai dirbančių asmenų samprata ir statusas, nagrinėjami šių asmenų veiklą reglamentuojantys teisės aktai, analizuojamos teorinės galimybės ir praktinės problemos naudotis kolektyvinėmis savo teisių gynimo priemonėmis, nagrinėjami šių problemų sprendimo būdai ir aiškinamasi tokių asmenų kolektyvinio darbo ginčo dėl intereso perspektyvos. Tyrimo esmę atspindi ir pasirinktas baigiamojo darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti savarankiškai dirbančių asmenų teorines galimybes ir praktines perspektyvas pasinaudoti kolektyvinių darbo ginčų dėl intereso mechanizmais. Darbas baigiamas pateikiant išvadas.

The Master's thesis reveals the concept and status of self-employed persons, examines the legislation regulating the activities of such persons, analyses the theoretical possibilities and practical problems of the use of collective remedies for the protection of their rights, examines the ways of solving these problems, and clarifies the perspectives of collective labour disputes in the field of self-employed workers' interests. The essence of the research is also reflected in the chosen aim of the thesis, which is to analyse the theoretical possibilities and practical perspectives of self-employed workers to make use of the mechanisms of collective labour disputes of interest. The thesis ends with conclusions.
