Strategijos realizavimo kliūtys ir jų įveikimas Ignalinos atominėje elektrinėje

Magistro baigiamajame darbe apibūdinti strateginio valdymo ypatumai VĮ Ignalinos atominėje elektrinėje, aptarti strateginio valdymo modeliai ir metodai, išryškintos strategijų realizavimo kliūtys bei problemos bei pateikti pasiūlymai kaip spręsti minėtas problemas. Pirmoje darbo dalyje teoriniu aspektu buvo analizuojami strateginio valdymo, strateginio planavimo ir strategijos įgyvendinimo procesai bei jų problematika. Analizuota mokslinė teorinė literatūra bei praktinės rekomendacijos kilusioms problemoms ir kliūtims spręsti. Antrojoje dalyje pateikiama bendra VĮ Ignalinos atominės elektrinės veiklos charakteristika bei atlikta Ignalinos atominės elektrinės efektyvumo rodiklių analizė, vidaus veiksnių analizė. Išnagrinėtos įmonės silpnybės ir stiprybės, galimybės ir grėsmės. Ištirta dabartinė Lietuvos ekonominės, politinės, teisinės, socialinės ir technologinės būklės įtaka VĮ Ignalinos atominės elektrinės veiklai. Trečioje dalyje atlikta pateikti ekspertinės apklausos bei interviu rezultatai. Pateikiamas Ignalinos atominės ekspertų požiūris į strategijos realizavimo kliūtis bei rekomendacijos ir pasiūlymai kaip pagerinti įmonės veiklą.

The Final Master Research Paper describes the peculiarities of strategic management in State enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant and models and methods of strategic management, also highlights the barriers and problems to the strategy implementation of Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant and provides suggestions how to overcome the defined berries. In the first part of the paper strategic management, strategic planning, strategy implementation processes and their problems, the scientific theoretical literature and practical recommendations for overcoming defined problems are analyzed. The second part provides the general characteristics of Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant, analysis of internal factors, as well as the analysis of activity rates of Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant. Also the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats are investigated. Furthermore, the influence of the current Lithuanian economic, political, legal, social and technological conditions are investigated with regards to the analyzed enterprise’s activity. Third part represents the survey of the experts. The experts of the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant explain their approach to the obstacles in the strategy realization and provide recommendations and suggestions how to improve the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant’s activity.
