Abstract

Problems of implementation of correctional programs in the social rehabiliatation and resocialisation processes have not been disccused widely by scientists even in the literature wich is dedicated to a penitentiary law. Trying to prove raised hypothesis, that good programs which is scientificly motivated, helps to rehibilitate the inmates, aplied correctional national and foreign programs to inmates are beeing annalysed in thezis. Also there are introduced the ideas how to improve this process. In the first part the conception of inmates social rebialitation, apealing the articles and works of Lithuanian and foreign scientists, are analysed. Rules regulating social rehabilitation of inmates also have been analysed, ineternational documents and recomendations are beeing revised. In the second part the process of survey is described, the results of anonymus survey are laid out, presented the exploration of the resutlts obtained. In the third part, after survey completion, the conclusion and recomendations are represented, apliyng the sophisticated experience of foreign countries.
