Abstract

The topic is about corruption prevention, because prevention is one the best ways, to combat with this phenomenon. The investigation of corruption prevention is leaned on the new view: seperating it into proactive and ractive corruption prevention. Firstly, corruption prevention is presented as the part of crime prevention, later we can see independent parts of corruption prevention. Then is given a short view of anticorruption political situation in Lithuania: from the legislation of laws till institutions combating with corruption. There are presented the conceptions of the measures of corruption prevention and proactive and reactive corruption prevention. The main part of work is for variuos measures of corruption prevention attributing to one or another kind of corruption prevention. We can say, that the biggest part of these measures is suitable for both parts of corruption prevention. The last part the work is for generalizing the criminological investigation (the assesing of experts) and improving the measures of corruption prevention. Finally there are given suggestions how to change and make better every measure of corruption prevention.
