Court of justice how a administrative jurisdiction subject: teoretical seach It has been known that not a single society can develop if existing bahaviour norms and rules are not kept to. Special institutions should be established to maintain orderi n the state. Basic human rights are garanteed by Court of Law. Administrative Law investigates arguements which arise in the sphere of state governing. There is quasi – court along with law – court. The concepts of administrative jurisdiction, administrative justice the relation between law – court and quasi – court, quasi – court as the concept of administrative jurisdiction subject. Court of justice institution- National departament(Law), which constitution or art give a law to execute a justice. Administrative justition- realize a justice, analize public misunderstand. Quasi Laws- National not justice institution, which execute a misunderstand not justice order.
