Smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo plėtros problemos Varėnos rajone

Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuotas ir įvertintas smulkus ir vidutinis verslas Varėnos rajone. Iškeltos šio verslo segmento plėtros problemos ir pateikti siūlymai kaip šias problemas spręsti. Pirmojoje dalyje aprašoma verslininkystės raida Lietuvoje, remiantis moksline literatūra bei teisine baze aptariama smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo plėtros samprata, smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo vaidmuo šalies ekonomikoje. Pirmojoje magistro baigiamojo darbo dalyje taip pat yra analizuojamos smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo plėtros kliūtys bei šią plėtrą skatinantys veiksniai. Antrojoje magistro baigiamojo darbo dalyje, remiantis įvairiais statistiniais duomenimis, yra pateikiama smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo situacija Varėnos rajone. Trečiojoje magistro baigiamojo darbo dalyje yra pateikiama tyrimo metodologija bei analizuojami empirinio tyrimo (anketinės apklausos) rezultatai. Šioje dalyje taip pat pateikiami skaičiavimai, kurių pagalba nustatytas didžiausios verslininkų anketinės apklausos metu įvardintos problemos mastas. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados bei siūlymai.

Small and medium-sized business in the district of Varėna is analysed and evaluated in the final Master’s work. Development problems of this business segment are raised and solutions to resolve these issues are proposed. The first part of the Master’s work describes the development of entrepreneurship in Lithuania, discusses small and medium business development concept based on the scientific literature and the legal base, small and medium-sized business role in the economy. In the first part of the Master’s work small and medium business development barriers and the driving factors are also being analysed. The second part of the Master’s work presents small and medium business situation in the district of Varėna based on statistical information. The research methodology and the results of the empirical study (questionnaire) are presented and examined in the third part of this thesis. This part also includes the calculations, which helped to identify the scale of the biggest problem, which was set by the businessmen who participated in the questionnaire. Conclusions and recommendations are presented at the end of the Master’s work.
