The collective agreement can be estimated as a social partners law agreement, accepted according confirmed procedure, after negotiations between the parties, also describing labour and social relations in national, industrial, territorial and up to company level. The purpose of this job- make content analyse of labour law regulation according collective agreements, use of sphere and basis. Investigation goals: - analyse collective agreement conception: sort, the basis of collective bargaining, find out the interested parties of collective agreements, importance and place in the law hierarchy. - find out the collective agreement content in national, branch, territorial and enterprises level. To make law acts, recommendations and collective agreements analyse. - to make analyse and to bring to a conclusion national, branch, territorial and enterprises collective agreements preparation law regulation. The different methods were used for analysing: Empiric, comparing analyse, logical and methodical analyse. By using those methods were made analysis not only theoretical law aspects but also in real life existing agreements: first industry branch collective agreement and collective agreements from 7 different companies in Lithuania. Were made analysis of most useful and actual points and questions between the social partners, useful law procedures.
