Abstract (lt)
The topicality of the working theme analysis depends on the importance of the property realisation in the Execution process. Deptors property realisation is a very important part of the Execition process. The success of the whole Execution process depends on the property realisation. One can realize a property in various ways. That is the sale of a property by auction, the sale of a property without auction (when a debtor propose a buyers), the sale of a property through trade enterprises, the assignment of a property to the creditor. The sale of a property by auction raises mostly problems. In the work was drawn a conslusion that in Civil Process Code exsist not a few gaps in ones legal reguliation of the auction.
