Saugi mokykla: AMOK rizika ir užkardymo galimybės

Rengiant magistro darbą buvo atliktas teorinis ir empirinis tyrimas, leidęs įvertinti AMOK užkardymo Lietuvos švietimo įstaigose galimybes. Kadangi Lietuvoje AMOK atvejų nėra buvę, tyrimo metu analizuoti AMOK švietimo įstaigose atvejai užsienio valstybėse bei moksliniai duomenys, gauti juos nagrinėjant biomedicinos ir socialinių mokslų perspektyvomis. Teorinio tyrimo metu klasifikuoti AMOK rizikos veiksniai ir šiuo pagrindu atliktas Lietuvos AMOK prevencijos priemonių sistemos vertinimas analizuojant teisinio reguliavimo mechanizmus, apimančius ir teisės normas įgyvendinančias strategijas bei programas, o taip pat apklausiant švietimo ir teisėsaugos ekspertus. Tyrimo rezultatai leidžia daryti išvadą, kad ekstremalių situacijų valdymo kontekste Lietuvos švietimo įstaigos ir teisėsauga realiai vertina AMOK grėsmes ir tinkamai nustato rizikos veiksnius bei pasireiškimo tikimybę. Tarpinstitucinio bendradarbiavimo atsitikus AMOK veiksmingumas vertinamas hipotetiškai, įsivaizduojant įvairius scenarijus.

During the preparation of the master's thesis, theoretical and practical research was carried out, which allowed for evaluating the effectiveness of the prevention of AMOK in Lithuanian schools. As there have been no cases of AMOK in Lithuania, the research has analyzed the cases of AMOK in foreign educational institutions and the scientific data obtained by previously analyzing them from the perspectives of biomedicine and social sciences. During the theoretical research, the risk factors of AMOK were classified and, on this basis, the evaluation of the Lithuanian system of preventive measures of AMOK has performed throughout the analysis of the mechanisms of legal regulation, including strategies and programs implementing legal norms, as well as interviewing education and law enforcement experts. The results of the research allow concluding that in the context of emergency management, Lithuanian educational institutions and law enforcement actually assess the threats of AMOK and properly identify risk factors and the likelihood of their occurrence. In the event of cross- institutional cooperation, the effectiveness of the AMOC is assessed hypothetically, imagining different scenarios.
