Abstract (lt)
The doctrine of superior responsibility is a well-established principle of customary international law. in order to prevail on a command responsibility theory of criminal responsibility, theprosecution must establish taht there was a superior-subordinate relationship; the superior knew or had reason to know that the subordinates was abuot to commit the offence or had done so;and the superior failed to take necessary measures to prevent offense or to punish the principal offenders thereof.
