The participating of the office workers's of the State of VTI in the programs of the improvement of the qualification activity is big. That is because of being motivation and the system of estimating. The improvement of the qualification of the office workers quarantee much quicker career and larger salary. The main problems of the system of improvement of the qualification are the following: the regular renew of the knowledge; the special giving of the knowledge from the newest technical fields and science. The improvement of the qualification was went by the way of the centralized teaching in specially for that established enteprices of the raising of the qualification and organizations. The process of the teaching in the enteprices of the raising of the qualification usually was finished by the defence of the final work. The tax inspection of the State in its activity follows the rules of the organizing of teaching of the office workers confirmed by LR the minister of interior affair on the 11th of July, 2002, order No.340, which state the procedures of the of confirmation of the teaching programs of the office workers. Nowadays the office workers of VTI study by the stated order of the minister of interior affair in the enterprices of the raising of the qualification. The activity of the acting teaching institutions in EU has also a lot of influence on shaping the politics of teaching of the State. Their constant co-operating, the preparating of different conferences and the working forum of the States make great possibilities to exchange practice and knowledge. That is very important trying to improve the teaching system of the office workers of the State.
