Abstract

For the reason, with information technology help, to show true condition of country important objects, interaction and dynamics, all important objects types nationals registers must be created and, guiding on existing objects connections, connect them to integral system. In this way one country national estate registration is creating and accounting system, which will be designed to register and account objects defined in law acts, to render registration records and will become one source of all official information about important country objects. However integral country registration system, which foundation is registration interaction, in Lithuania is yet in creating. National integral registration system creating strategy, which was confirmed in 2002, is realizing. However for realization it fully, many problems must be solved, starting from planning of creating particular register, its prevision of interaction with related registers, later firmed up in acts and under juristic acts, functioning or registers, real exchanging of registers data, and in end development of informational registers systems, integrating them to national registers system. Reaching that registers system would function effectively, in Lithuania several years is prosecuting reform of register system. Registers are filling to electronic environment, are integrate inter depended, are created electronic data registering and listing places. How ever, even in regard that some separate important national register is gained positive results many vital problems are not solved. Researches, of national institutions which are responsible for creating of national integral register system, are showing, that national registers are not functioning so effectively, that could function grounding on their technical possibilities, till now. Therefore, even if many tasks provided in national integral register system creating strategy, related with registers creating, law basis development and so on are realized, all possibilities of registers are not used fully.
