After the last EU expansion 95 per cent of the Baltic Sea became a part of territorial waters and an exceptional economical zone of the EU countries. Until the EU expansion the Baltic Sea’ juridical regime was ordained by the international agreements, international or regional documents and regulations, interstate agreements of countries of the certain region. After the 1st of May 2004 the juridical regime of the Baltic Sea is practically dependent on the EU juridical quota. In some of the parts, e.g. fishing, these quotas become primal. In this work the Baltic Sea’ juridical regime notion is enunciated. The Baltic Sea juridical regime is being described as a whole of international agreements, international agreements of regional countries and the embodiment of the EU sea policy. The Baltic Sea’ spaces and especially the problem of the economical right exceptionality of some certain countries are being analyzed. It is being tried to evaluate the EU exceptional competition of dependence on the fishing in the Baltic Sea impact on other actions in The Baltic Sea. The whole of the EU juridical acts regulating the use of the Baltic Sea is being reviewed. The partial comparison of EU institutions and national members functions responsible for this kind of control is being done.
