Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuotos ir įvertintos paslaugų verslo įmonių konkurencingumo didinimo galimybės. Pirmoje darbo dalyje pateikiama konkurencingumo samprata, jos tipai ir rūšys, bei teoriniu aspektu išanalizuoti konkurencingumą ribojantys veiksniai. Antroje dalyje išnagrinėti vidiniai ir išoriniai konkurencingumo didinimą įtakojantys veiksniai, nusakytos galimos apsaugos stategijos, įvertinti pardavimo skatinimo būdai, bei nubraižytas teorinis konkurencingumo didinimo galimybių modelis. Paskutinėje dalyje nagrinėtas ekspertų ir klientų požiūris į konkurencingumą, buvo ieškomos praktinės konkurencingumo didinimo galimybės, bei nubraižytas praktinis konkurencingumo didinimo galimybių modelis.
Possibilities of increasing competitive ability of service businesses were explored and assessed in this Master’s degree final paper. In the first part of the paper the concept of competitive ability, its types and species were presented. Furthermore, competitiveness limiting factors were analyzed from a theoretical point of view. In the second part of the paper internal and external factors that influence increase in competitiveness were examined. Also, possible defense strategies were suggested. In addition to that, sales promotion techniques were evaluated and the theoretical model of opportunities for improving competitive ability was drawn. In the final part of the paper there was conducted an analysis of experts’ and customers’ attitudes towards competitiveness. The search for practical possibilities to increase competitiveness was performed as well. The practical model of possibilities of increasing competitive ability was drawn in the final part of the paper.
