Probability and justice of the topping process as well as a normal solving of the dispute depend greatly on the right conception of the parties and their process status as well as the right ratio of the parties with other participating persons in the case identification. Due to mistakes, appearing in the issues, the topping process often has to finish, not having solved the dispute in substance or it is necessary to change some persons by other persons; this, of course, objects to the principle of the process economy. Namely, the right solving of the questions in the process references has significant importance, executing the justice. The main aim of the final thesis is to reveal the concept of the eligible parties and of the ineligible parties as the main persons, participating in the case, and to indicate peculiarities of the process status of parties, participating in the civil process. In the first section of the final thesis issues, having huge practical significance and related to the separation of the parties from the other persons, participating in the case, as well as it is tried to formulate the conception (definition) of the parties in the civil process. The second section of the final thesis is allotted for the revelation of the eligible and ineligible process status of the parties in civil process. Finally, in the third section the conditions for changing of the ineligible party by the eligible one are analyzed and possible situations, when the court executes the change of the ineligible party by the eligible one, are researched.
