The work is of theoretical direction: theoretical sources of literature are analyzed in it, EU and LR legal acts in the sphere of fishery, it is tried to summarize and to determine leading ideas critically, the conclusions are made, the suggestions are given, how to solve the theoretical problems of legal acts implementation.Using the method of the topical comparative analysis of law, it is being achieved to settle, how some or other institutes are regulated in the other states – members of the region Baltic Sea, that is, the practice that is implemented in them is analyzed. In the work, at first are analyzed the main regulations that determine EC and EEC the Common Fisheries Policy's (CFP) of EU, and that active directly in the states members. Lithuania must also keep aii the requirements related to the fishery, to implement the regulations of EU acts into its national law in time and qualitatively. The national legal acts are analyzed, that regulate the implementation of the CFP in Lithuania, their drawbacks and advantages (laws, decisions of the national law in the sphere of fishery, the law of LR Fishery and the changes of it and its articles are being wider analyzed, that were accepted, achieving to implement the corresponding legal acts of EU. In our work, sutch regulations of EU are analyzed, that are not yet very topical for Lithuania today, but the essence of their provision is, that using the alive resources of the sea so recklessly as it was done in the recent decade, some species of fish, for instance cod, can face the real danger to die out. That is why, it is tried to analyze the possible altrnatives for the activity of fishery, as the development of aquaculture, related with the legal acts of the EU. EU regulations related to the other novelty in Lithuania, - the giving of the old ships to the scrap-iron or their reconstruction, retirement from the business of fishery are using the ships for tourism or education purposes, are analyzed. The aim of the finishing work is to analyze in thee legal acts regulating the CFP of EU can effectively act in such a sensitive sea on the ecological point of view as Baltic Sea and if the regulations of EU acts and the requirements concerning the fishery are properly incorporated into the Lithuanian legal acts. So, the main object of the research, as it was mentioned afore, will the EC and ECC regulations and national legal acts that settle the politics of EU.
