Abstract

SUMMARY SOCIAL CHANGES AND DEVELOPMENT OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IN LITHUANIA Keywords: criminality, social changes. The criminality makes the demand not only for one person, but for all countries economic, social system and law system. Through the main task in the democratic states to do the attention to the prevention and the control. One of the main particularities is the way look the possibilities how to solve this problems in practise ensreing the person and society selfness. In this scientific work is researched to analyse the social changes and the criminality development in Lithuania. The main tasks: To close the concept of the criminality and the criminality development in Lithuania; To talk about the criminality till the independence of Lithuania; To look the new criminality characteristic; To analyse the prevention of criminality; To consider the social changes settled criminality; To look to the reglamentation in Lithuanian’s Punitive Code. This scientific work includes the introduction, 3 parts, conclusion, literature, the additions and the summary. In the first part is closed the criminality development in Lithuania. In the second – is considered the social changes settled criminality, looking to the reglamentation in Lithuanian’s Punitive Code. And in the third – is talking about the criminality prevention. Then the economical and social situation of people will be more stable we may hope the stabilization of the criminality. It depends also from the criminality control strategy, the tactic, the estimation of criminality reasons the analyse of them and thendensis.
