Abstract

Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuota išsami mobiliųjų aplikacijų ir elektroninio verslo sąvokos ir raidos analizę. Taip pat pateikta skirtingų mobiliųjų aplikacijų tipai ir jų charakteristikos. Be to, aptarta mobiliųjų aplikacijų trūkumai ir privalumai, apžvelgiant jų svarbą ir įtaką vartotojams bei įmonėms. Taip pat išanalizuota vartotojų elgesio ir poreikių įtaką mobiliųjų aplikacijų plėtrai, pateikiant svarbius aspektus. Galiausiai aptariami saugumo aspektai mobiliose aplikacijose, įskaitant duomenų apsaugą, privatumą ir kitus saugumo reikalavimus bei iššūkius. Antroje darbo dalyje siekiant įvertinti mobiliųjų aplikacijų programėlių poveikį e.verslo paslaugų sektoriaus plėtrai buvo atliktas tyrimas. Struktūruoto klausimyno būdu buvo apklausti 5 ekspertai. Pasitelkus ekspertų žinias ir pirmoje darbo dalyje išskirtus svarbiausius mobiliųjų programėlių aspektus buvo pateiktos rekomendacijos, kurios įmonėms padės užtikrinti sėkmingą aplikacijų naudojimą bei vartotojų patirtį.

In the master's thesis, a comprehensive analysis of the concept and development of mobile applications and e-commerce was conducted. Various types of mobile applications and their characteristics were also presented. Additionally, the advantages and disadvantages of mobile applications were discussed, considering their importance and impact on both users and businesses. Furthermore, the influence of user behavior and needs on the development of mobile applications was analyzed, highlighting important aspects. Finally, security aspects of mobile applications, including data protection, privacy, and other security requirements and challenges, were discussed. In the second part of the thesis, a study was conducted to evaluate the impact of mobile application development on the expansion of e-commerce services sector. Five experts were surveyed using a structured questionnaire. With the help of experts' knowledge and the most important aspects of mobile apps highlighted in the first part of the work, recommendations were made that will help companies ensure successful use of applications and user experience.
