Regioninė politika Lietuvoje: Šiaulių regiono socialinė - ekonominė analizė

This master's final paper analysis of regional policy in Lithuania: anglysis of social and economical situation of Šiauliai region analysis and systemizes theories, aspects, methods and ways of stimulation by various Lithuanian and foreign authors. This work formulates development of regional economics implemented by process of regionalization. The paper presents attitudes of different foreign scientists to regional development models. This work also reviews the regional politics, its principles, goals and instruments of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. There is identified prediction of industry, business, tourism, service sector and also necessity of qualification changes of agriculturalists. This paper evaluates that the rate of life level and social - economical problem solving is implemented by effective usage of intellect capital.
