The mains terms in this work is : the personnel, the management of personnel, the selection of personnel, the efficiency of selection in system. The subject of master’s work is” The system selection of personnel in private and public sectors” The object of research work is the efficiency of personnel selection in system. The point of this work is to evaluate the system selection of personnel in private and public sectors. There was realized such tasks of point: accomplished the theory of personnel selection, sifted the methodology of personnel selection, accomplished the comparative analysis of personnel selections in private and public sectors, evaluated personnel opinion toward system an efficiency of personnel selection. The methods of research work is: analysis of science literature, written opinion poll, qualitative and quantitative analysis, The sociological written quiz was accomplished in AB Parex bank and in Social security center. We to draw the conclusions, that a majority of those polled were to take cognizance of personnel selection system in organization, where they work; need to call more attention to psychical criterions of personnel selection; the majority of those polled didn’t know what attention is given for employee edification and motivation; the employee edification and motivation must go on more active in public sector; the layout of career is problem only for employee in public sector, because organization don’t plan career of employee, the possibility of career is discussed during selection in private sector. The majority of respondents thought, that they own are liable for the most part of the layout of career. The research results was showed, that hypothesis was proved and system of personnel selection secure layout of career in private sector, but not secure in public sector. So we did conclusion, that directors of private sectors organizations have chew pass about the vicissitudes of personnel problem. The research results was showed, that personnel, who work in private and public sectors are open to innovations, not absentee of responsibility, endeavour at perfection.
