Human resources are main capital of any country. People are most valuable resors of modern society, more important than nature capital. Humans capital is his education and health. There for health care system, is drowing more and more attention from pacients and society and needs profesional management. Profesional human resource management in health care system is main way and priority wich will consist Lithuanias human resource consideration, profilaktika of desease, first health care expansion, health specialist training by EU standarts and specialized medical help consentration in university centers. In final masters work systemical position to human recourse management in health care system is formed. In methodical part of the work human resource management theoretical study concept is analized. In empiric works part theoretical concept concordance in practise is reaserched, workers attraction is analized, education functiting, competention and qualification process. In work conclusions are formed and sugestions are made to solve actual promblems. Based on done analysis conclusions are maid, that to solve health problems modern management way is needed. It must be orentated to learning programs and acheaving better work results. Reach for better work results is every day clinical work part wich helps renew and improve all health care system. Based on conclusions it is recomended to improve human resource management in health care institutions, to increace administrative staff qualification. Management based on science and modern technology can form proper human resource management and long term employment.
