Politics meeting this opinion was till 2000. The inspections of the territorial police departments were keeping the penalties of the court of justice. These inspections were treating at power state and main attention in their work was to keep in check. There is opinion in our days of probation people can have resocialization off isolation. There aren‘t enough books and scientific literature in Lithuanian about the probationers, their personality and their ability to meet with conflicts. These problems haved influence to research about the primogenitures infuence to the meeting with conflicts abilities. The methods of research were: 1) the analysis of nonfiction literature; 2) the quantitative analysis using the Kern’s test of quality of life and the Tomas’s test of the typical characteristic of the reactions in the clash situations. The nameless information about the families of the exploratories and the succession by birth of them was used at the analysis. The analysis of the results show the dominant strategies of the clash situations in correlation with the succession by birth and the life’s style. The majority of the exploratories have the poor self – image and unreal claims to themselves and to the people round about. They are inclined to yield a point to the other side of conflict and don’t make a sturdy decisions. The succession by birth has influence to different behavior in the clash situations.
