Abuse of Office takes a minor, still essential place in the context of criminality. The consideration of legislator to those criminal acts is exclusively considerable not by coincidence because of Abuse of Office harms a variety of public and private interests. During the last four years the constitutions of Abuse of Office have regenerated basically. Since the new Criminal Code have came into force, the penalization of those criminal acts should vary too. This work deals with the question of criminalization relevance of Abuse of Office in the Criminal Code, topical attributes of this criminal act, problematical aspects of qualification in the practice of courts, gives examples of criminal cases and their theoretical estimations. The questions of Abuse of Office have been scrutinized minutely till now because of the construction of the law is quite new. Thus the vacancy is beeing filled up by giving theoretical reasonings and analysing the practice of courts. In the work it is also discussed about the assessment of Abuse of Office, its relation with the others criminal acts of coruptional attribution and questions of their delimitation. The work deals with the questions concerned with penalization of criminal acts of coruptional attribution: it is discussed today‘s tendencies of penalization and their determinative contributors; standing penalties and their conformity to the attribution and the extent of the riskiness of these offences; their practical pitching. All the following questions will be discussed in this final work, which topic is criminal liability for Abuse of Office.
