There is an analyze of main lacks of current staff selection system and possibilities of abilities how to eliminate these lacks. In this work also has been discussed the experience of EU members in staff selection rage. The material of research has shown that staff selection system into public office that functions at present is not quite efficient. This has been recovered by these lacks: primitive methods and unefficiency of them, rigour and unflexibility of system, unlucidity of system, unprofessional commission, not operative system. One of the ways how to eliminate lacks of present staff system selection is partial or absolute centralization of staff selection system. In opinion of respondents, the best way to eliminate lacks of present staff selection system is to use the elements of centralist staff selection system such as: making staff selection in one center, in dependant professional selection commission, efficiency of methods and using IT while staff selection. So, the problem of imperfect efficiency of present staff selection is possible to solve centralizing staff selection.
