Abstract

In master scientific work are analysis employer’s material liability conditions for the injury made for the employee in Lithuanian Republic law. There are six necessary employer’s material liability conditions- damage, illegal act, cause relationship, transgressor’s fault, transgressor’s and that has suffered injury being in labour market during the law transgression, injury is connected with work. Also, are analysis complementary conditions, like cases, in which for the injury made for the employee is responsible the employer. In addition, in this work are analysis employer’s material liability cases of the injury made for the employee that are regulated in foreign countries law.
