While reaching for organisations‗ social resilience, the following specific empowering leadership features are important: knowledge and competences, finance management, human resources management and ensuring the continuity of the activity processes. The empowering leadership as such reveals in the organisation when the members of the organisation trust their leader, and the empowering leadership principles, such as positive atmosphere and every member‘s participation in making decisions are prevailing in organisations. Reaching for organisation‘s social resilience, the leader should perform his/her duties qualitatively, besides, while structuring and organising employees‘ work, the leader should follow the agreed rules in the organisation.
