Abstract
The article represents analysis of models of administrative management based on the experience of some European countries and the United States of America. Some particular specialties of “American” and “Westminster” models of administrative management are chunked and described. The article includes investigation of principles of creating and factors that influence forming of system of effective administrating. The author gave explanation of some methods of work of public administration bodies with the society for establishing a productive dialog.
